Guide International Conference 2011

The GUIDE Association – Global Universities in Distance Education – is a non-profit, non-political and non-secretarial organization, which originated from the need to strengthen the international cooperation between universities and institutions worldwide with the goal to create a new university model, able to mix scientific mastery with flexible knowledge methods. The 5th Guide International Conference will therefore focus on “E-learning innovative models for the integration of education, technology and research”. Other topics will be e-evaluation, e-assessment and self-assessment process that enable both teachers and students to assess the ongoing acquisition of knowledge as well as to build flexible learning paths. Furthermore participants will have the opportunity to discuss issues related to the use of digital devices such as education simulators, interactive multimedia blackboards, 3D environments reconstructions, etc., ensuring a higher level of interaction with the educational environment and contents.
