ICCE2014

The theme of ICCE2014 - The 22nd International Conference on Computers in Education is „Constructing New Fundamentals of Computers in Education for the Future”. Innovative and advanced technologies including ICT, media, and tools currently create new possibilities of education and learning. In exploring the impact and potential of these technologies, it is indispensable not only to develop individual educational systems with these technologies, but also to build new theories representing what and how learners could learn with the technologies, and how the educational systems need to be designed with the technologies. In addition, it is also important to accumulate lessons learned from practical uses of the educational systems following the theories. The interaction between such theoretical and practical aspects of integrating the innovative and advanced technologies into educational systems would construct new fundamentals of technology-enhanced learning, which would be one direction ICCE should pursue. The fundamentals would shape the future of Computers in Education.
