The Expert*innenpool „Flying Experts” is a pool of experts in digitally-enhanced university teaching and learning, which has been operational since January 2021. Experts from this pool can be requested by Higher Education Institutions (HEI) to facilitate (online) workshops, provide targeted input at training sessions or supply consultancy services. Jointly with the participants, the aim of the webinar is to explore which features of the pool might be transferable to other countries and contexts to enable HEI to provide creative and flexible staff training and development offers. It is expected that this CPD session will provide concrete points for further action, possibly even leading to a collaborative project in the future. To this effect, ideas and plans coming from this session will be jointly documented on a dedicated, publicly available online board which can be used by participants for future collaborative work.
